No I haven’t had any joint pain in relation to being vegan. I would venture to guess that you might be exercising more than your body can handle at the moment. Make sure your eating enough as a new vegan and stretching after working out. Though if you have pain in your elbows and your not lifting or doing arm stuff you might want to talk to your Doc. And make sure your getting the vitamins (maybe try B-12) that you need. Hope you feel better! ;) Anyone have any advice?
